As a part of our wellness make-over program, clients are required to complete a series of questionnaires that are focused on nutrition and lifestyle in addition to keeping a 4-week food journal. This information is then used to help tailor plan that is specifically designed for you. The primary focus of our approach is the help clients increase their energy levels, overcome cravings, and alter behaviors that derail the quest to becoming well.
