As a part of the personal training program, clients are required to complete a series of nutritional questionnaires and keep a four week food journal. This information is used to helps tailor a meal plan that is specifically designed for your body. With proper meal planning clients can expect to have more energy, overcome cravings, and prepare to lose weight and feel fantastic about doing it!
